Common questions

I didn’t get my sign-in code. Check your junk or spam folder, and make sure you typed your email correctly. Codes expire after an hour, so request a new one if it’s old.

How do I join my team? In the app, go to Team → Find your team, pick your team and choose your name from the roster. Your team’s admin then approves you.

My team isn’t set up yet. Someone who runs the club (head coach, chairman or secretary) can claim it from Find your team. We check each claim before approving it.

My team isn’t listed. Use Add a missing team at the bottom of Find your team.

A stat about me is wrong. Ask your team’s admin or statistician to correct it. They can edit any game.
